Tortellini Ala Fini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 pkg. Alfredo sauce
1 pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 oz. diced ham
1 small pkg. frozen peas
2 pkg. tortellini
Preparation

Boil 4 quarts water.
Add tortellini; boil until tender, about 7 to 9 minutes.
While tortellini is boiling, melt butter in a skillet.
Add mushrooms, ham, garlic and oregano.
This mixture is finished when the mushrooms darken.
At this point, add the Parmesan and remove from heat.
When tortellini is tender, add the peas and remove from heat after 30 seconds.
Drain.
Add Alfredo sauce to the tortellini.
Mix in the sauteed mushrooms and ham. Serve.
