Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 whole chicken breasts, split
chicken broth
1/4 stick margarine
biscuit dough
1/2 c. sweet milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix your dough as you would for making biscuits.
Roll out on floured wax paper until your dough can be cut in strips.
Cut strips into small pieces.
Remove chicken from broth.
Put 1/2 cup sweet milk into chicken broth, bring to boil and add dough strips.
Cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes.
Take chicken from bone and put into large bowl.
When dumplings are done, add pepper and salt.
Pour over chicken and serve hot.
