Rita'S Picadillo Ground Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. ground beef (the leaner the better)
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 large jar Spanish olives
    2 large green bell peppers, cut into strips
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    2 large onions, sliced
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Brown ground meat thoroughly and drain.
    Add all ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer about 1/2 hour. Serve over hot cooked rice.
