Gazpacho Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. Clamato juice
1/2 c. onion, minced
1/3 c. olive oil
1/3 c. wine vinegar
1/4 c. bell pepper, minced
3 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
8 tomatoes, chopped
2 cucumbers, peeled and chopped
2 avocados, cubed
salt to taste
garlic croutons (add just before eating)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients
and
refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving.
Serve in bowls and top with a few croutons.
