Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. cream
1 c. milk
6 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs
Preparation

Cook until mixture is thick and brown the brown sugar, butter and cream.
Then add milk, flour and egg yolk; mix again. Stir constantly until thick. Cool. Add to baked pastry shell-meringue as usual.
