Dutch Oven Limas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. dry small lima beans, presoaked
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. molasses
    1 heaping Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 Tbsp. salt or to taste
    1 c. catsup
    1 ham hock or leftover ham
Preparation
    Presoak
    beans
    overnight and boil until almost tender. Add remaining
    ingredients and be sure to have enough juice to cover beans (add
    water
    if needed).
    Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    If using ham hock, remove and cut off meat, adding meat back to pot.
