Pink Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. mandarin oranges, drained
1 small container cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 pkg. red Jell-O mix (dry)
2 large red McIntosh apples
2 large Yellow Delicious or Marsh apples
2 large green Granny Smith apples
1 c. dark seedless raisins
1 can pineapple chunks (in their own juice)
1 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. walnuts
1/2 c. celery, coarsely chopped
1 container lemon-flavored yogurt (individual size)
2 Tbsp. pineapple juice, drained from pineapple
Preparation

Wash skins on all apples thoroughly.
Leave the skin of apples on, then cut into slices, making sure all seeds are removed. Place apples in a large bowl.
