Rice Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped finely
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 salt
    1/2 c. raw rice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and make balls slightly larger than walnut.
    Place in baking dish.
    Pour can of tomato or mushroom or celery soup and 1 can of water over the meat balls and bake slowly 2 1/2 hours in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Makes 18 meat balls.
