Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Combine egg, sugar and flour.
    Add enough of the water to make a smooth paste.
    Add remaining water and vinegar; bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Cook until thickened.
    Put in jars and refrigerate.
    Makes about 2 cups.
