Rancho Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. tomato ketchup
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 (1 lb.) cans pork and beans in tomato sauce
    1 lb. kidney beans, drained
Preparation
    Fry ground beef, onions and shortening in skillet until meat browns.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    May be mixed in advance and refrigerated.
    Bake just before serving.
    Also freezes well.
