Tomato, Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. elbow or seashell macaroni
    5 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 large can whole or crushed tomatoes with liquid
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni until tender; drain.
    Saute onion in 3 tablespoons margarine.
    Add tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper. Cook and stir to break up tomatoes for 10 minutes.
    Add macaroni, sour cream and Cheddar cheese and mix well.
    Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and 2 tablespoons margarine, cut in pieces, on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
