Crispy Onion Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Lipton Onion soup
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. thyme leaves
    1 tsp. marjoram leaves
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 lbs. red potatoes
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In shallow baking pan, blend everything but potatoes.
    Cut potatoes into quarters leaving peelings on if desired.
    Add potatoes to pan and stir to coat. Bake (stirring occasionally) for 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
    Garnish with parsley.
