Peanut Butter And Jelly Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. grape jelly
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream margarine and peanut butter; gradually add sugar, beating at medium speed of electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Combine dry ingredients and add alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
    Mix well after each addition.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9-inch round pans for 10 minutes.
    Remove from pans and cool completely on wire racks.
    Spread jelly between layers; spread top and sides with peanut butter frostings.
    Garnish with chopped peanuts if desired.
