Master Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 Tbsp. and 1 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. nonfat dry milk
    1/2 c. shortening
Preparation
    Measure all dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
    Blend well.
    Measure shortening and add to dry ingredients.
    Blend well.
    Place mixture in a labeled Ziploc bag; store in the refrigerator.
