Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    about 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. washed and drained blueberries (frozen ones can be used)
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar until light.
    Add egg, then sifted dry ingredients alternately with milk, to make a soft batter. Fold in blueberries and fill muffin tins about 2/3 full (use foil liners).
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven about 15 to 20 minutes.
