Mystery Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    20 Ritz crackers
    butter
    brown sugar
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Let water, sugar and cream of tartar boil for 5 minutes.
    Add crackers one at a time.
    Do not stir; let boil for 2 minutes. Place mixture in an unbaked pie shell.
    Dot with butter.
    Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
    Add top crust.
    Bake 25 minutes at 425\u00b0 or until brown.
