Tex Mex - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ripe avocados
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 can refried beans with chilies
    1 large bunch green onions
    3 medium tomatoes (2 c. chopped)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    sliced ripe olives
Preparation
    Mash avocados.
    Add lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning.
    Assemble in layers the refried beans, avocado mix, sour cream mix, onions, tomatoes and olives.
    Top with cheese.
