Easy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 medium or large potatoes
    1 medium onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt
    pepper
    1 can Campbell's broccoli cheese soup
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Peel and slice potatoes thinly.
    Slice onion thinly.
    In casserole dish, line bottom with potatoes. Sprinkle with a few sliced onions on top.
    Sprinkle salt and pepper over.
    Add 2 thin slices of butter.
    Repeat layer.
    In bowl, combine soup and milk.
    Mix well and pour on top of potatoes. Cook, uncovered, 30 to 45 minutes or until a slight coating covers potatoes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
