Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can French-style green beans
1 can party peas
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 green pepper
1 small can pimento
1 onion, chopped
1 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. oil
Preparation

Mix the vinegar, sugar, boiling water and oil. Bring to a boil, but don't boil it.
Pour over vegetables.
Let stand, covered, overnight. Drain.
