Cake Brownies(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. unsalted margarine
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 egg white
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. skim milk
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1 tsp. powdered sugar
Preparation

Spray a 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan with nonstick coating.
Set aside.
In a medium saucepan melt the margarine.
Remove from the heat.
Stir in the sugar and cocoa until combined.
Add egg white and vanilla to saucepan.
Using a wooden spoon lightly beat just until combined.
Add flour, milk, baking powder and baking soda.
Beat with the spoon until combined.
Stir in walnuts or pecans.
Spread the batter into the prepared baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 16 to 18 minutes.
After cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Drizzle with chocolate icing.
Cut into bars.
