Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
    1/2 medium to large red onion
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
    garlic salt
    2 round loaves pumpernickel bread (day old)
Preparation
    Thaw spinach and drain well.
    Put spinach between two paper towels and squeeze to remove as much moisture as possible.
