Sweet And Sour Greens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. Chinese cabbage, bok choy or other selection
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 1/2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. dark soy sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    5 Tbsp. peanut, vegetable or corn oil
Preparation
    Cut cabbage or greens into approximately 1 1/2-inch squares. Combine water, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and cornstarch and blend well.
    Set aside.
