Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) chopped broccoli
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. dehydrated onion or 1 tsp. fresh onions, grated or minced
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    toasted, buttered bread crumbs (for top; use Ritz crackers, crushed and 1 stick of melted butter)
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and drain.
    Beat eggs and add to mayonnaise, onion, grated cheese and soup.
    Add broccoli.
    Mix together. Sprinkle buttered bread crumbs on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes (Ritz crackers, 4 sticks to a box, I use 1 stick).
