Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Mix broccoli, soup, rice and 1/2 cheese.
    Place in greased casserole.
    Top with remaining cheese and crumbled crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
