Jimmy'S Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    ample portion of fillets
    1/4 c. mustard
    1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
    1 Tbsp. Tony's Creole seasoning
    1 tsp. black pepper
    yellow corn meal mix
Preparation
    Put fish fillets in a bowl and add mustard.
    Stir fish around with your hand until mustard is evenly dispensed.
    Add cayenne pepper, Tony's and black pepper to 2 1/2 cups of corn meal mix. Mix ingredients until evenly dispensed.
    Put meal in a Ziploc bag and add 5 fillets at a time.
    Shake bag until fillets are covered with meal.
    Drop fillets into grease that is preheated to 325\u00b0. Let cool until they float and are golden brown.
