El-Dorado Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 c. sliced black olives
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. small curd cottage cheese
    4 oz. mild diced chilies
    1 pkg. tortilla chips
    2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef; drain fat.
    Add onion, garlic, salt and tomato sauce.
    Combine sour cream, cottage cheese and chilies.
    Crush tortilla chips in bottom of well-greased 2 1/2-quart casserole. Add half of meat mixture, 1/2 sour cream, 1/2 olives and 1/2 cheese.
    Repeat layers.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
