Caramel Popcorn Or Cracker Jacks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white corn syrup
    1 c. margarine or butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    Pop corn enough to make 8 qt.
Preparation
    Separate large muscles in upper part of hind legs, can use some around scapula if large.
    Freeze.
    When ready to make jerky, half thaw so it's easy to cut thin strips, cut with grain 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick.
