Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
7 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Separate eggs.
Beat egg yolks and add to flour, sugar and milk.
Cook on stove until real thick, then add coconut and vanilla.
Pour in pie crust.
Beat egg whites and pour on top of pie.
Put a little coconut on top of meringue.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until meringue is brown.
