Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs (can use Egg Beaters)
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    4 c. apples, peeled and sliced
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Beat oil and eggs until frothy; add sugar gradually.
    Add flour, baking soda and cinnamon.
    Mix well.
    Fold in apples. Spoon into 9 x 13-inch ungreased cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
