Quick Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bread (any kind)
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
salt and pepper
6 eggs
9 slices bread, cubed
2 1/2 lb. bulk sausage, sauteed and drained
10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
8 eggs
3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Place half of bread cubes in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
Put half of sausage on top, followed by half of cheese.
Repeat layers.
Beat eggs with milk, mustard, salt and pepper.
Pour mixture over layers in pan.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Makes 12 to 14 servings.
