Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites, beaten stiff
    1 c. sugar
    20 Ritz crackers
    1/2 c. nuts
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Add sugar to beaten egg whites.
    Roll crackers fine and fold into egg/sugar mixture.
    Add nuts, baking powder, salt and vanilla.
    Put in ungreased pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serve with whipped cream on top.
