Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can white hominy, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can yellow hominy, drained
    1/2 lb. shredded Monterey Jack cheese or sharp Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
Preparation
    In a large bowl combine all ingredients except 1 cup shredded cheese.
    Spoon into 2 1/2-quart lightly greased casserole. Sprinkle reserved cheese on top and bake approximately 30 to 45 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
