Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour, sifted
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. oil
3 eggs
2 jars Gerber junior carrots
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped walnuts
4 oz. coconut
Preparation

Combine listed ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix together with a wooden spoon.
Pour into well-greased and floured 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes. Top with cream cheese frosting.
(I use Betty Crocker or Duncan Hines.)
