Crock Pot Beef With Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef (stew, stir-fry or round) cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 (1 3/8 oz.) pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix
    1/2 c. red cooking wine
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (4 oz.) can whole or sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/4 c. quick cooking tapioca (optional)
Preparation
    Add all ingredients in a slow cooker or crock pot.
    Stir thoroughly.
    Cover and cook on low for about 8 hours.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
