Ingredients

5 qt. popped popcorn
1 c. dried banana chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 tsp. sesame or corn oil
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation

Stir together in a saucepan the peanut butter, sesame or corn oil, soy sauce, ground ginger, garlic powder and cayenne pepper. Pour melted mixture over popcorn and banana chips; put popcorn and banana chips in a roasting pan in the oven.
Heat at 300\u00b0 for about 10 minutes, stirring several times.
Makes about 5 quarts.
