Zucchini Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    3 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    basil to taste
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
    3 medium tomatoes, chopped
Preparation
    Brown in skillet ground beef; drain fat.
    Add flour, salt, pepper and basil to taste.
    Add onion, chopped fine.
    Add layer of zucchini, thinly sliced and layer of tomatoes, chopped.
    Put lid on skillet; steam for 20 minutes over low heat.
    (Best when vegetables are fresh.)
