Old Fashioned Potato Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. thin mashed potatoes
    1 tsp. minced parsley
    2 eggs
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 minced onion
    1/2 c. celery
    1 tsp. salt
    pinch of pepper
    pinch of saffron
    7 slices toast
Preparation
    Melt
    butter
    in
    skillet.
    Add onion and celery.
    Cook until soft; do not burn.\tBeat eggs in milk.
    Mix all ingredients; put in casserole.
    Dot with butter and bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until brown.
