Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg (10 oz) frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
    1 (16 oz) container sour cream
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 pkg Knorr Recipe Classics Vegetable Soup, Dip and Recipe Mix
    1 (8 oz) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
    3 green onions, chopped
    2 cups (8 oz) shredded swiss or cheddar cheese (optional)
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
    Cover and chill 2 hours to blend flavors.
    Stir before serving.
    (May substitute 16 oz carton plain low fat yogurt for sour cream.)
