Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    1 1/2 c. Carnation evaporated milk
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    a pinch of salt
    1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
    1 pt. marshmallow cream
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    nuts or raisins, if desired
Preparation
    Combine butter, milk, sugar and salt; boil for 12 minutes or desired soft ball stage, stirring at all times.
    Remove from heat. Quickly add marshmallow cream to melt, then chocolate chips to melt.
    Thoroughly mix in vanilla.
    Pour into one large buttered cookie sheet 1 inch deep or one 9 x 12-inch pan and one 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Makes 50 pieces.
