Squash Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. finely chopped yellow squash
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. flour
    hot vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine squash, onion, egg, salt and pepper; mix well. Stir in flour. Drop by tablespoons into hot oil. Cook until brown, turning only once.
