Seasoned Country Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (3 lb.) fryer
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients in a plastic bag and shake to mix. Beat egg with milk.
    Dip fryer pieces into egg mixture, then into dry mixture in bag.
    Heat oil in frypan to 350\u00b0; add chicken pieces and fry on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
