Broiled Chicken Breasts Sesame - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1 tsp. dried tarragon
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    6 chicken breasts, boned
    sesame seed
Preparation
    Mix together the first 5 ingredients.
    Marinate chicken in sauce mixture for at least 3 hours.
    Broil breasts over a medium charcoal fire for 4 or 5 minutes on each side, starting with the skin side up and basting with the marinade 2 or 3 times.
    Remove the chicken from fire when done; brush with marinade.
    Roll in sesame seed until well coated.
    Return to fire for a minute to brown seed.
