M-M-M Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. squeeze margarine or melted margarine
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    3 c. self-rising cornmeal
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, beat the eggs.
    Add the buttermilk, milk, vegetable oil and margarine.
    Add the sugar, flour and cornmeal, mixing just until combined.
    This may be baked in muffin tins (8 to 10 minutes) or in iron skillets which have been heated in the oven (15 to 20 minutes for a 12-inch skillet). It may also be cooked on a griddle.
    May be made 30 minutes or more before cooking.
