Dijon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, skinned
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
cornflakes, crushed
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Mix together mayonnaise and mustard.
Coat chicken in mixture. Roll in cornflakes.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
