Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. light corn syrup
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate or 3 Tbsp. cocoa plus 1 Tbsp. shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine corn syrup and chocolate in a double boiler.
Cook over hot water, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted. Remove from heat.
Beat with a rotary beater until smooth.
Add vanilla.
Serve hot.
Can be stored in refrigerator; reheat over hot water.
