Crock-Pot Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beans
    1/2 lb. salt pork
    1/4 c. sugar
    2/3 c. molasses
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic
    dash of salt
    dash of onion salt
    dash of seasoning salt
    1 whole medium onion
Preparation
    Soak beans overnight in water. Pick over beans. Combine beans, salt pork and onion in crock-pot.
    Combine dry ingredients.
    From tap draw enough water to mix dry ingredients.
    Pour mixture over beans. Mix molasses with 1-quart hot water to thin molasses.
    Add to beans. Add enough hot water to cover beans.
    Cover crock.
    Cook on high for 8 hours.
