Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dried, minced onion
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    dash garlic powder
    1/2 c. water
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
    10 to 12 small flour tortillas (fajita-size)
    1/4 onion, diced (1/2 c.)
1 (10 oz.) can red chile sauce
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
In medium bowl, combine ground beef with flour, chili powder, salt, minced onion, paprika, onion power and garlic powder. Use your hands to thoroughly mix ingredients into ground beef. Add seasoned beef mixture to the water in a skillet over medium heat. Mix well with wooden spoon or spatula, and break up meat as it cooks. Heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until thoroughly browned. The finished product should be very smooth, with no large chunks of beef remaining. Heat refried beans in medium saucepan over medium heat, or in microwave for a couple of minutes on High. Wrap tortillas in a moist towel and microwave for 1 minute on High. Spoon about 3 Tbsp. refried beans down the center of each tortilla. Spoon 3 Tbsp. beef on top of beans, followed by a couple of tsp. minced onions. Fold the two sides of tortilla over meat and beans and flip the tortilla over in a plate. Spoon a couple of Tbsp. of red chile sauce over top of tortillas, the sprinkle a couple Tbsp. of shredded Cheddar cheese. Heat dish for 30 to 40 seconds in microwave, or until cheese on top begins to melt. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
