London Broil With Red Wine And Shallots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 flank steak
    soy sauce
    salt
    pepper
    thyme
    1/4 c. chopped shallots
    1 stick butter
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Brush flank steak with soy sauce, salt, pepper and thyme. Marinate 1 hour.
    Brush again.
    Grill over fire for 4 to 5 minutes each side for rare.
    (May use oven instead of grill.) Combine shallots and wine and bring to a boil.
    Add butter and salt it to taste.
    Stir until butter is melted.
    Add parsley and spoon over steak.
