Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box Uncle Ben's long grain wild rice
1 can mushroom soup
2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter
1 small jar mushrooms (if fresh mushrooms are used, saute with butter, onion, white wine, salt and pepper)
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 dash of pepper (fresh)
1/2 to 1 lb. fresh uncooked shrimp
1/2 to 3/4 c. cubed sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook rice according to directions on box.
Add soup, green pepper, Worcestershire sauce, lemon, mustard and cheese.
Add canned or sauteed mushrooms.
Mix together.
Add shrimp and cook for 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 4 to 6 people.
