Nacho Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. sausage
    1 lb. Mexican Velveeta cheese
    1 can Ro-Tel tomato and chilies, diced
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and sausage.
    Drain.
    Heat cheese slowly. (Use microwave, slow cooker or double boiler.)
    Add ground beef and sausage.
    When cheese gets creamy, add Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies. Heat slowly.
    Stir well.
    Try with deli nacho chips.
